at Christmas in aid of St. Oswald's Hospice. If you would like
to

Aims
The Association is strongly aware of
the amenities provided by the long established character of Jesmond and the
resulting benefits to its residents, its local businesses and to
its visitors.
The Association seeks to protect and
foster this environment by encouraging developments which respect it.
In particular, it wishes to develop a fair balance of interest between
long-term, often family, residents and those on a more temporary stay.
Operating Policy
The Association is non-political.
It will continue to work with all
elected representatives, Council officers and other organisations, both
local and national.
It will continue to
liaise with and support any individuals or groups on issues affecting the
community.
From time to time, the elected Committee
will submit to the membership at the AGM a set of broad policies for
approval to provide a guide to the Committee's activities.
(Adopted by the membership, 19th
September 2007 AGM as a guide to its activities.)
